LICENCE CONVERSION (ICAO/FAA → EASA)

Who can apply for an ICAO/FAA to EASA licence conversion?

Any pilot holding a valid ICAO/FAA licence, a current Class 1 Medical Certificate, ICAO English Level 4+ and documented flight experience may apply. Requirements vary depending on licence type (PPL, CPL, ATPL).

On average 2–6 months, depending on exam availability, your theory progress, and required flight training. We guide you through every phase.

EASA exams are organised once per month at our authorised examination centre in Dubai and soon worldwide.

Not always. Credits depend on your licence, flight hours and instrument rating. We assess your documents and determine your EASA examination pathway.

Is a skill test required?

Yes, after theory exams and any required training, a proficiency/skill test with an EASA examiner is required for final licence issuance.

Yes, you can add ME/IR during the conversion process through our EASA ATO partner. We will plan the correct training sequence.

TYPE RATING & TRAINING PROGRAMMES

Do I need an EASA licence before applying for a Type Rating?

Yes. Type Ratings (A320 / B737) are available only to pilots holding a valid EASA CPL/IR or ATPL.

Ground school, CBT, FFS simulator sessions, Licence Skill Test, documentation support, and optional airline-style simulator preparation.

Do you offer full Type Rating packages or only simulator sessions?

Both. We offer complete EASA Type Ratings in cooperation with our approved ATO partners, as well as standalone sim preparation.

EASA license, valid Class 1 medical, Multi-Engine IR, MCC certificate and required flight experience. We will verify your documents before enrollment.

LINE TRAINING (300h / 500h PACKAGES)

Who can join Line Training?

Pilots holding a valid EASA CPL/IR/ME, MCC, valid Type Rating for the aircraft type, and meeting operator requirements.

Yes, when enrolled in a Line Training package, we provide guaranteed placement with our partner operators, subject to meeting prerequisites.

How many hours are offered?

We offer structured packages of 300 hours or 500 hours, depending on your career goals and the operator pathway.

Not included as standard, but we provide assistance, partner hotel rates and logistics guidance.

AIRLINE ASSESSMENT PREPARATION

What does your airline assessment prep include?

HR interview training, competency-based interview coaching, technical knowledge refresh, group exercises, and simulator assessment preparation.

Do you simulate real airline assessments?

Yes, our sessions replicate real airline selection profiles to boost your readiness and confidence.

ADMINISTRATION & SUPPORT

Do you help with all paperwork and documentation?

Yes. We guide you through licence verification, exam registration, medical/ELP requirements and logbook checks.

Do you provide visa or immigration support?

We assist with guidance and documentation for travel to training locations, but visa issuance is handled by local authorities.

PAYMENTS & PACKAGES

Do you offer flexible payment options?

Yes, we offer instalment plans and tailored packages, depending on the training type.

Are exam fees included?

Yes, Exams fees are included.

TRAINING LOGISTICS

Do I need to relocate during EASA ATPL Theoretical training?

No relocation is required.
Theory training is delivered fully online, allowing you to study from anywhere in the world.

All training is delivered in English.

Can I start the process while still flying for my current employer?

Yes, our flexible training options allow you to balance flying duties with preparation.
